I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Grant Dept Solutions. when I was initially contacted,the agents promised to help lower my monthly credit installments and interest rates. however,they failed to properly explain the severe long-term legal consequences of entering formal dept review. I was not clear informed that my profile would be flagged with a status code *** at the credit bureaus, completely locking me out of accessing standard banking facilities and new credit. trying to exist this process early has to be incredibly difficult and costly. I advise anyone considering their services to ask strict question and read the fine print before signing anything

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Grant Dept Solutions. when I was initially contacted,the agents promised to help lower my monthly credit installments and interest rates. however,they failed to properly explain the severe long-term legal consequences of entering formal dept review. Would be great if these people could follow simple instructions of not spamming me. Lose my number. I really couldn't care about high interest rates. What I do care about is my privacy. See you in court for violating popia !

Deceptive Marketing and Gross Misrepresentation – ***
I am publishing this review to expose the deceptive and predatory practices of Grand Debt Solutions. In July 2022, I was cold-called by their agents. They told me they could reduce my monthly credit installments by reducing my interest. They completely failed to explain the severe legal consequences of what they were doing. They never disclosed that they were registering me for active Debt Review (Status Code C), nor did they tell me they were refinancing my vehicle. They intentionally withheld vital information and ******* me into an agreement under false pretenses just to lock my profile. This predatory action has stripped away my financial freedom and blocked my ability to access normal banking facilities for over four years. I have taken matters into my own hands and lodged a formal complaint with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) for gross misrepresentation, deceptive marketing, and failure to disclose under the National Credit Act. I will not stop until this company is held fully accountable.

called the deb canceling company requesting for my clearance only to speak to a rude consultant by the name of Blosom she could not help me and hung up the phone on me call again asking to speak to her manager was told her name is Debra the agent i spoke to is Serena. at 1st i was advised by Nicolas that i will get my documents month end that was in may promising me that in June i will get all my documents

Not feeling confident with this company
I got a cold call from this company today. My first question was whether this was a debt review, and she said no. When requested, I hesitantly gave my ID number, and she performed a credit check and told me she could reduce my monthly repayment by about R2000. I then asked her if she could email me the information/offer, and she told me she could not do that. I was informed that everything was done telephonically and that the calls are recorded. I asked her to call me back tomorrow to give me time to think about it. In today's age, with ****s being rife, I dislike doing business on a phone, and if I have to, the least I expect from a reputable company is to send me the info via an email where I can then take the time to read through everything and make an informed decision.

Uncertain on Their Motives
Unsure of this company and its motivations. They had alot of my information yet i am unsure of how they got it. I went as far as giving them. my ID number and then i started feeling a bit suspect. Be caustious whebn proceeding.

removing my debt review
I shouldn't even give these people a star; I've read multiple comments about the same thing that has happened to me. They took advantage of the fact that I am still young and do not know much about debt review. Yes, I signed the contract, but only because they explained it in a way that made me consider it. If they had told me what a headache it would be to get rid of them, I would have never gone through with it. They did not tell me that there would be a cancellation fee; I also mentioned to them before I signed the contract that I was having financial issues, yet they kept deducting even after I called them and told them that I was struggling, and when I asked them for the recording, they said I had to get a lawyer. And now that I want to cancel, I have to pay R4000 as a cancellation fee, and they did not even help me in any way.

Poor service
Their service is not straight forward they are taking money from my account but the installments that are suppos to be paying is also taking money from my account when I ask questions they don't have straight answers they keep on saying I should Wait 15 days
