Deceptive Marketing and Gross Misrepresentation – ***
I am publishing this review to expose the deceptive and predatory practices of Grand Debt Solutions. In July 2022, I was cold-called by their agents. They told me they could reduce my monthly credit installments by reducing my interest.
They completely failed to explain the severe legal consequences of what they were doing. They never disclosed that they were registering me for active Debt Review (Status Code C), nor did they tell me they were refinancing my vehicle.
They intentionally withheld vital information and ******* me into an agreement under false pretenses just to lock my profile. This predatory action has stripped away my financial freedom and blocked my ability to access normal banking facilities for over four years.
I have taken matters into my own hands and lodged a formal complaint with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) for gross misrepresentation, deceptive marketing, and failure to disclose under the National Credit Act. I will not stop until this company is held fully accountable.

The records reflect that you subsequently engaged with the process and were involved in discussions regarding your payment arrangements, including an adjustment to your FNB payment which you agreed to.
The arrangement then continued, with payments being made until December 2025. In January 2026, you contacted us to request cancellation of the debt review, and the cancellation process and its implications were explained to you at that stage.
We regret any frustration or misunderstanding experienced during the process. We appreciate you raising your concerns and allowing us the opportunity to investigate the matter.
