Not feeling confident with this company

I got a cold call from this company today. My first question was whether this was a debt review, and she said no. When requested, I hesitantly gave my ID number, and she performed a credit check and told me she could reduce my monthly repayment by about R2000.

I then asked her if she could email me the information/offer, and she told me she could not do that. I was informed that everything was done telephonically and that the calls are recorded. I asked her to call me back tomorrow to give me time to think about it.

In today's age, with ****s being rife, I dislike doing business on a phone, and if I have to, the least I expect from a reputable company is to send me the info via an email where I can then take the time to read through everything and make an informed decision.
