WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET
If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would!! GL Attorneys is the literal worst place on the planet!! You have done NOTHING but harm!! We have been struggling with communication from you for months. Took a 3 hour drive to your offices to TRY and sort YOUR mess out. Got there, got informed that we would be assisted the next Monday as your hands are tied. Then Jaco, Ayanda and Rosaline plays ostrich whenever we call in as we are, guess what, STILL NOT ASSISTED!!!!! The next drive to you is with my own lawyer, I hope you take note of this!!!! Ooooh and then you get a response from them "please direct your claim to this *** address". If you can't even pick up a phone to answer a call, your "feedback" on email will probably come through by the year 2089. Worst place ever. Nothing will change my mind about that. You are a JOKE.

Incorrect FNB Loan Arrears Notifications
I keep getting phone calls and sms of a FNB loan that is in arrears, I never app**** for an FNB loan nor did I get the money, not sure what this firm is trying but it is not right.

Professional misconduct
My mother died from Covid back in 2021, with all documentation sent to FNB yet for some odd reason, FNB decided to hand my details to GL Attorneys who is now constantly harassing me on when the estate will be wound up and expectant payment. I contacted Amahle years ago when I first got the message and advised him that there was no estate to wind up as my mother had no money, no assets and no insurance policies except for a funeral policy that barely covered her cremation (unless FNB seems to know of a secret account that she holds with a huge sum of money that I have no clue of). Since 2021, I constantly get these SMS's from Amahle at GL Attorneys and short of delivering them the box of my mom's ashes for them to hold a seance to request payment, there is nothing that can be paid back to FNB. I have the latest email I sent which included GL Attorneys Complaints address dated 14 January 2026 and no communication back to acknowledge it because they obviously think there is money to be squeezed out of thin air. This is my last request to please stop these messages or I will be forced to approach the Legal Practice Council (LPC) and lodge a complaint for committing professional misconduct.

omplaint: Unable to Obtain Loan Statement or Assistance from GL Attorneys After FNB Referral I am extremely disappointed with the way my loan repayment matter is being handled. I was referred by FNB to GL Attorneys regarding the repayment of my outstanding loan. I have been trying to contact GL Attorneys to obtain an up-to-date statement showing the outstanding balance and the necessary payment details. Unfortunately, despite making repeated attempts to contact them through telephone calls, emails and their online chat facility, I have received no meaningful response. This is extremely concerning. I am willing to engage and make arrangements to settle my outstanding obligation, but I cannot reasonably make payment without being provided with an official statement confirming exactly what amount is outstanding and the correct payment details. The lack of response has also left me questioning whether I am dealing with a legitimate company that has actually been appointed by FNB, or whether there is a possibility that I could be dealing with ****mers using FNB's name. FNB, as the institution that referred me to GL Attorneys, I expect you to urgently clarify this matter. I would like FNB to: Confirm that GL Attorneys has been legitimately appointed by FNB in relation to my loan account. Confirm the current outstanding balance on my loan. Ensure that GL Attorneys provides me with an official statement and legitimate payment details. Investigate why GL Attorneys is not responding to my calls, emails or online enquiries. Provide a clear explanation as to why a customer who is attempting to resolve their debt cannot obtain basic account information. I am not refusing to pay my debt. I am simply asking for a statement and proper communication so that I can make an informed and legitimate payment. This experience is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should not be referred to a debt collection/legal firm and then be left unable to contact that firm or obtain a statement of their outstanding balance. FNB, please urgently investigate and resolve this matter.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – GL ATTORNEYS
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – GL ATTORNEYS I have repeatedly told GL Attorneys that I do not acknowledge or owe this alleged UNIFI debt. I have asked multiple times for the original contract, proof of when the debt was incurred, who allegedly provided it, and evidence linking this debt to me. Instead of providing the proof I have requested, they have continued pursuing me and have now listed the disputed debt against my name with a credit bureau. I am absolutely fed up. I paid the UNIFI account that I actually owed, and now I am being pursued for another debt that I have never acknowledged. If you claim I owe this money, PROVE IT. Provide the signed agreement and supporting documentation. Do not simply damage someone's credit record and expect them to accept a debt they have repeatedly disputed. I have kept all correspondence and will be taking this matter further through the appropriate channels if this is not resolved. GL Attorneys, enough is enough. Remove the inaccurate listing or provide the evidence proving that this debt is mine.
