Professional misconduct

My mother died from Covid back in 2021, with all documentation sent to FNB yet for some odd reason, FNB decided to hand my details to GL Attorneys who is now constantly harassing me on when the estate will be wound up and expectant payment. I contacted Amahle years ago when I first got the message and advised him that there was no estate to wind up as my mother had no money, no assets and no insurance policies except for a funeral policy that barely covered her cremation (unless FNB seems to know of a secret account that she holds with a huge sum of money that I have no clue of). Since 2021, I constantly get these SMS's from Amahle at GL Attorneys and short of delivering them the box of my mom's ashes for them to hold a seance to request payment, there is nothing that can be paid back to FNB. I have the latest email I sent which included GL Attorneys Complaints address dated 14 January 2026 and no communication back to acknowledge it because they obviously think there is money to be squeezed out of thin air. This is my last request to please stop these messages or I will be forced to approach the Legal Practice Council (LPC) and lodge a complaint for committing professional misconduct.
