Exceptional Support at Eduvos Pretoria!
Studying at Eduvos Pretoria was a great experience, and I cannot speak highly enough of my student advisor, Monica Smith. Monica went above and beyond to help me navigate every challenge I encountered, ensuring everything was sorted out smoothly and stress-free. Having an advisor who is so approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about student success made all the difference. Thank you, Monica, and Eduvos Pretoria!

Again!!!!! Do not take your kids to Eduvos
Eduvos lovely building but terrible administration. I will forever write about the Menlyn branch until they do right by us CTI students. I recently learnt that they fired the only student advisor who cared for students especially the ones with special needs on campus. Goes to show what kind of place this is.

Do not take your kids to Eduvos!!!!!
I am still waiting for the response that Eduvos promised on HelloPeter. To date, nobody has contacted me. What makes this even more disappointing is that Dolly was the only person who appeared genuinely interested in helping me navigate this matter and find a solution. From a student's perspective, it is difficult to understand why someone who was willing to assist students is no longer there, while the issues students continue to raise remain unresolved. As a former CTI student, I am now expected to spend approximately R2,500 out of my own pocket to deal with qualification recognition issues. This is money I should not have had to spend after years of investing in my education. My experience has left me questioning what kind of institution Eduvos has become. I have spent time seeking assistance, lodged a complaint, and followed the proper channels, yet I have been met with silence. It feels as though student concerns are not being taken seriously. I am also concerned that students and parents may not be fully aware of the challenges some former CTI students have experienced in obtaining support. Based on my own experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending Eduvos to others. I expect more than promises that someone will contact me. I expect accountability, a response, and a clear way forward. Tshego Moyo-Masike

Shocking Experience EVER!!!
Extremely disappointing experience with Eduvos regarding former CTI qualifications. I spent an entire day seeking assistance to confirm the NQF equivalency of my qualification for employment purposes, only to discover that Eduvos is unable to provide the required confirmation. Former CTI students are expected to personally approach SAQA and pay approximately R2,500 for an evaluation process that many students are unaware of. As the institution that acquired CTI, I expected Eduvos to have proper archives, records and a clear support process for former students. Instead, I was sent from person to person with no resolution. My concern is that many former CTI students may lose employment opportunities because they are unaware of these requirements until it is too late. Eduvos should take a more active role in assisting former students with qualification verification and guidance instead of leaving them to navigate the process alone. The only positive aspect of my experience was the assistance and professionalism shown by Dolly, who genuinely tried to help throughout the process.

Horrible Experience with Accounts
The Eduvos Mowbray branch Credit department is the worse. Early this year I encountered the accounts issue ,the I don't care attitude from their staff that could not even explain why my daughter account was structured as upfront payment that I did not request. They harassed me to honour payment arrangement that I did not request.Again on 12 August 2026 they send me an email about an over due payment that I know nothing about.Limited product knowledge of credit and at least be able to explain to the customer about overdue account. They are very slow to respond /just pick up a phone and explain to the customer and no one takes accountability . Next year I need move my daughter I am so disappointed 😞
