Do not take your kids to Eduvos!!!!!
I am still waiting for the response that Eduvos promised on HelloPeter. To date, nobody has contacted me.
What makes this even more disappointing is that Dolly was the only person who appeared genuinely interested in helping me navigate this matter and find a solution. From a student's perspective, it is difficult to understand why someone who was willing to assist students is no longer there, while the issues students continue to raise remain unresolved.
As a former CTI student, I am now expected to spend approximately R2,500 out of my own pocket to deal with qualification recognition issues. This is money I should not have had to spend after years of investing in my education.
My experience has left me questioning what kind of institution Eduvos has become. I have spent time seeking assistance, lodged a complaint, and followed the proper channels, yet I have been met with silence. It feels as though student concerns are not being taken seriously.
I am also concerned that students and parents may not be fully aware of the challenges some former CTI students have experienced in obtaining support. Based on my own experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending Eduvos to others.
I expect more than promises that someone will contact me. I expect accountability, a response, and a clear way forward.

Hi Tshego,
We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and understand your concerns regarding the recognition of your CTI qualification.
As communicated by email, you will need to apply to the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) for a qualification evaluation if you need confirmation of its South African National Qualifications Framework (NQF) equivalent.
Unfortunately, Eduvos cannot conduct this evaluation or confirm the NQF equivalence on SAQA’s behalf. You will therefore need to contact SAQA directly for this next step.
We understand that this is not the outcome you had hoped for. We hope this clarifies the process and provides a clear way forward.
Yours in learning,
Eduvos
