Shocking Experience EVER!!!
Extremely disappointing experience with Eduvos regarding former CTI qualifications.
I spent an entire day seeking assistance to confirm the NQF equivalency of my qualification for employment purposes, only to discover that Eduvos is unable to provide the required confirmation. Former CTI students are expected to personally approach SAQA and pay approximately R2,500 for an evaluation process that many students are unaware of.
As the institution that acquired CTI, I expected Eduvos to have proper archives, records and a clear support process for former students. Instead, I was sent from person to person with no resolution.
My concern is that many former CTI students may lose employment opportunities because they are unaware of these requirements until it is too late. Eduvos should take a more active role in assisting former students with qualification verification and guidance instead of leaving them to navigate the process alone.
The only positive aspect of my experience was the assistance and professionalism shown by Dolly, who genuinely tried to help throughout the process.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I received while seeking assistance with my former CTI qualification.
I visited the campus and spent the entire day attempting to obtain confirmation regarding the NQF equivalency of my qualification, which was urgently required for employment purposes.
Throughout this process, I encountered significant challenges. I was advised that information could not be provided and was asked for details such as student numbers and records that I no longer had access to, despite Eduvos having acquired CTI and being the custodian of former student records. This experience left me concerned about the accessibility and preservation of historical student information.
I was particularly disappointed by my interaction with Sandra Chewe. During a time-sensitive matter, I found her approach dismissive and unhelpful. I was informed that I was "not special" and should wait in line, despite repeatedly explaining the urgency of my situation and the potential impact on my employment opportunity. I believe this was an inappropriate way to address a student seeking assistance.
I also experienced what I perceived to be an unprofessional and discourteous tone from Samantha during my attempts to obtain assistance. At a time when I was already under significant pressure, the interaction left me feeling unsupported and frustrated.
In contrast, I would like to formally recognise Dolly for her exceptional service. She was the only individual who consistently demonstrated professionalism, empathy, urgency, and a genuine willingness to assist. She followed up on my matter, explored possible solutions, and treated me with respect throughout the process. Her conduct reflected positively on Eduvos and she deserves recognition for her efforts.
My concern extends beyond my individual case. If former CTI students are unable to obtain clear guidance or access to information relating to their qualifications, this creates unnecessary stress and uncer*****y for graduates whose careers may depend on such records.
I request that Eduvos investigate this matter, review the service provided, and improve the processes available to former CTI students seeking qualification verification and historical records.
I would appreciate feedback regarding the outcome of this complaint.
