Investing Money in Discovery probably a ****
Quick to take your money, uneducated people dealing with claims. I would never ever suggest this company to anybody neither will I ever invest even a cent more in this company. I submitted my claim form on 6 October they returned with the following info "Kindly provide an audit trail for the electronic signature" I made all three signatures personally ,and then scanned the document with cam scanner. I phoned back on the 12 of October and explained what I did to the agent who noted this .On the 16th of October no feedback yet I phoned and explained again, again the agent made a note. Today 19 October I received a mail from them with the following message Kindly provide an audit trail for the electronic signature. Sending me in loops with delay tactics of note. People of South Africa please refrain from investing any money in Discovery its probably a ****

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Discovery Invest regarding my two-pot withdrawal application. I initiated my withdrawal application and submitted all the required documentation, including the signed application form, on 7 October 2026. Since then, I have been following up regularly, but I have not received my payout, nor have I been provided with a clear explanation for the delay. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and transparency. As a client, I expect timely updates, especially when all required documents have been submitted. Instead, I have been left uncertain about the status of my application and when I can expect payment. I would like Discovery Invest to urgently: Provide a clear status update on my application. Explain the reason for the delay. Confirm whether any additional information is required from me. Provide a realistic payment date. The two-pot withdrawal system was created to provide members with access to a portion of their retirement savings when needed, and delays such as this defeat the purpose of the process. I hope that by raising this complaint publicly, Discovery Invest will address the matter urgently and improve communication with clients experiencing similar delays. Bad turn around times
Withdrawal has taken 12 working days and still not paid. To invest is easy, to withdraw very difficult. Process takes much longer than promised.

Provident fund claim
I am very disappointed at the level of poor service I've received from Discovery. My employer recently submitted my provident fund on my behalf and I've sent Discovery multiple emails to do follow-ups on my claim and also to inform Discovery that I have changed numbers so therefore I cannot access my Discovery employee benefits App. I've send Discovery multiple emails and I have not been responded to. I am very upset and disappointed I must say!

No service at all.
