Digicall IS A ****
The company is inefficient and ***********. Any insurance company dealing with them is a ****. Avoid them as all cost. I have an open deck because of them and its taking forever to have it fixed. The staff does not care at all.

Excellent service
Had an issue with a blocked drain after hours, called king price and the plumber was here within an hour. Problem sorted in 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier. Good service from King price as well as knowledgeable plumbers that could resolve the issue immediately. No talking or making friends, just professional service.

We experienced a crisis when a pipe burst in our roof. We immediately logged a call and we were reassured by LINDIWE MASEKO about the process to follow. She followed procedure in such a calming, caring and sufficient way, that the crisis felt manageable. The follow-up calls and the fact that we did not only feel like a policy number, was a breath of fresh air. Within less than a week, the damage was fixed, the assessor assessed and the process concluded.
