No communication

Good day,

I am writing to follow up on the motor vehicle accident involving your driver, vehicle registration ***, which occurred on 19 October 2026.

To date, I have not received any feedback regarding the status of my claim, nor any acknowledgement that the matter is being investigated. I am concerned by the lack of communication, particularly as my vehicle sustained significant damage during the accident.

The impact resulted in a substantial dent to my vehicle and caused damage to the side mirror, rendering the vehicle unsuitable for use. This has caused considerable inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities.

I would appreciate urgent confirmation that my claim is receiving attention, together with an update on the investigation and the next steps in the claims process.
