Driver stood me up at last minute

On 29 October driver was supposed to fetch me at 4.30pm , he never showed up and his phone was off. I got called many times by roadtrip and I was late for my event at 6pm I had to drive myself instead. They arranged transport for me after 6pm which was too late. Very poor communication levels. If you are using them to airport which we usually do you could miss a flight because of these people. *** clients use them as it's a service provided to us and this is what they do at last minute. They also lack female divers ,which is shocking considering so many ladies use the service.
