They want me to deposit $4475.06 for my *** to be unlocked
They want me to deposit $4475.06 into my *** account so that they can unblock my *** claiming that they mistakenly paid me incorrect commissions into my *** partner's profile and when I ask them to provide a detailed proof of what they're talking about they are failing to do so!! Why exactly are they forcing to deposit while they fail to give me proof including dates and amounts of what they're talking about. Worst part their support team is not communicating with me not even once since the 29th September. I always communicate with a bot that doesn't give me information that I need!

Litecoin account deposit not credited
Just experienced the worst deposit process ever. I have deposited to my Deriv Litecoin account and the funds has not yet been credited. It’s been 24 hrs now just talking to the bot. No support human support staff. I’m am very depressed now. Can you please credit y account I want to trade.

Just experienced the worst deposit process ever. I have deposited to my Deriv Litecoin account and the funds has not yet been credited. It’s been 24 hrs now just talking to the bot. No support human support staff. I’m am very depressed now. Can you please credit y account I want to trade.

Worst place to ever use for Trading
Worst place to ever use for Trading. 2 months in and 700$ in the red with Deriv. Unauthorised trades opened on my account this weekend, lost 300$ and all they tell me is I am responsible for my own account. Cannot even supply me with the investigation or IP Adress or nothing. Defiantly taking this further. Dont even bother with Deriv.

Deriv Nightmare
Worked well until it didn't, made a deposit via an instant eft method to the broker, they debited my money and it hasn't reflected 3 days later... the support don't seem to have a clue what's going on, they acknowledge that the transaction has been made

Disappointed
The has been some withdrawal issues twice now, ive been depositing with the current card and withdrawing with the current card for a while now but for some reason they wont process my withdrawals anymore because they want me to withdraw to a card that i no longer use and cancelled a long time ago, so it means just like any other broker Deriv is making the withdrawal process very baf
