DEFY Air Fryer ***: The Best kitchen upgrade I've made this year
I have to be honest - I don't own this Defy Air Fryer *** yet, my friend lent it to me while she is moving out, and I am using it in the meantime. And I don't want to give it back! From the first day I used it, it made my life so much simpler. As someone who cooks every day, it saves me so much time. Chips, chicken, fish, veggies - everything comes out crispy and perfect with almost no oil, and I don't have to wait for my big oven to heat up. It's easy to clean, the digital display is simple, and the size is perfect for family meals. It has honestly made cooking enjoyable again after a long day. If I owned my own Defy Air Fryer ***, it would make my life so much simpler. It's simple to use , even for some who is not Tech savvy would not struggle when using it. I would use it every single day. This is why I can say with all my heart, Defy is a brand I trust and this air fryer is a must-have in every home. Thank you Defy for making such an amazing product!

Lack of customer care service
No service.. lies after lies… it's almost 5 weeks yet I'm still sitting with a machine that is not yet fixed. I call every day and I get to be told that I will receive a call back instead nothing. Technitian is always online but never answers or revert back. I regret buying defy products

Microwave still not fixed after being with the defy Technitiion
I bought a microwave 27 July 2026, the microwave started snapping and realising sparks. I took it back to the store and after a whole week the microwave is back and still does the exact same thing. Apparently the technicians did not find a fault but the microwave is snapping and sparks are coming out at the back!!!

FORMAL COMPLAINT: DEFY WASHING MACHINE
Model:Defy 14kg top load WM Manhattan Grey We are extremely dissatisfied with our Defy washing machine and the manner in which our complaint has been handled. Since purchasing the machine approximately 3 years ago, it has been faulty, making loud banging noises during wash cycles, it started after having the machine for less than 4months after purchasing. Technicians have attempted to repair the same fault five times, yet the problem continues to return, sometimes within a day. The machine was collected again today for further repairs, leaving us without a washing machine despite having paid a significant amount for a product that has been unreliable from the start. During collection, we noticed two other machines of the same model on the service vehicle that appeared to have similar issues, raising further concerns about the model's reliability. Our previous Samsung washing machine never gave us these problems. We chose Defy expecting a reliable product, but our experience has been extremely disappointing. Furthermore, when we contacted Damian from Defy in Cape Town to lodge our complaint, he ended the call while we were still speaking. When we called back, the call went through to an automated message. This conduct is unacceptable and left us feeling dismissed rather than assisted. We are no longer willing to accept repeated, unsuccessful repairs. We request that Defy take responsibility and provide a suitable resolution: a replacement with a different model or a full refund. We do not consider another machine of the same model an acceptable solution. We request that this complaint be escalated to a senior manager who will take ownership of the matter and provide a formal response with a clear resolution. We have been left without the use of an essential household appliance through no fault of our own, and we expect Defy to treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. We look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
