Good day i had some financial difficulties and decided to ask for some help i went on google and searched for a good company that can assist me with payments to lenders etc.I contacted Debsafe and got in touch with Sarah Sithole what a great person she assisted me with the whole process and was fast to come back with updates and summaries of what is paid and how much is left to pay i would recommend debtsafe to anyone and speak to Sarah Sithole she will guide you throughyour difficult times. Worst service and unauthised debits
Do not use this company if you value your sanity. From the day I signed up, it has been one headache after another. Three weeks after signing up, my creditors still had not received communication from the company. When I decided that I wanted to move to another debt review company, I was then informed that I would be charged R3,500 in administration fees. I requested a breakdown of these fees, especially considering that my creditors had not received communication and I had not received the service I was expecting. They have refused to provide me with a breakdown. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating, with very little communication and no satisfactory assistance when I raised my concerns. Endless headaches from the start. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.

u call in ask advise then they just go into ur accounts even if u pay well then flag u stay away from this people consultants are so rude then they tell u they cannot change it back , especially this consultant that doesn't know how to speak to people Puleng Ledwaba
