Worst service and unauthised debits

Do not use this company if you value your sanity. From the day I signed up, it has been one headache after another. Three weeks after signing up, my creditors still had not received communication from the company. When I decided that I wanted to move to another debt review company, I was then informed that I would be charged R3,500 in administration fees. I requested a breakdown of these fees, especially considering that my creditors had not received communication and I had not received the service I was expecting. They have refused to provide me with a breakdown. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating, with very little communication and no satisfactory assistance when I raised my concerns. Endless headaches from the start. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.
