Most useless and pathetic company in SA
If I could give zero stars I would…. Despite having paid this *** in full on behalf of a family member I continue to get harassing phone calls almost daily. There is clearly no communication between departments. Even trying to settle on my family members behalf was an absolute nightmare after forwarding numerous *** giving me permission and 3 way calls it took weeks to sort out something so simple. Absolute incompetence and pathetic service.

Invasion of privacy by Daly Credit Corporation
One of my workers (Mr. John Keikane) used my Cell number to open an account and subsequently not paid. I now get harassed by this company at least twice a day for payment for the outstanding amount and blocking the numbers and explaining that I am in no way related to this person does not help at all. I have requested numerous times that my cell number be removed from their system and every time I get told that they will remove it but 10 minutes later, I get a phone call again from the same company. I am currently seeking advice form a law firm regarding whether this is a POPIA act violation or a Harassment / Invasion of privacy violation as the company does not seem to care about rectifying the problem.

They deserve no stars. Trash company. Also, are we sure the agents are okay? I settled the debt I had. No acknowledgment of payment, no paid up letter. Their site still shows that I owe them the same amount I paid. Sies . And

Daly Credit Corporation doesn't have a cooking clue what they are doing
Will anything actually be done is the question? FNB for some unknown reason handed my loan account over to Daly Credit Corporation who seem to not be the brightest crayons in the box. Ever month to date I receive a message about my loan not being paid but it is a debit order from my cheque account. So how does that work? Please sort out your records and just stop harassing me. Enough is now truly enough.

Horrible Service
I have never come across such a bunch of rude Indians in my life. Whenever I have received a call from a different race they seem to speak with actual respect. I have been making payment into my account without Daly being involved and yet I keep being told if I don't enter into a payment agreement the calls will continue which to me means not only am I being THREATENED, I'm being harrased and I'm assuming additional cost are being added even though iv made payments. I requested a manager call me back. Because the last Indian lady told me to go to FNB and now that in paying them directly it's also a problem. STOP CALLING ME IF IM MAKING PAYMENTS I TO MY ACCOUNT.

Terrible Service
Terrible service! Requested a document, Rastica Maharaj said we need to wait 4 - 8 weeks to get it. Called again, Sindiswa said 5-7 working days, no one knows their processes! After requesting documents the previous week, it was only logged yesterday and now have to wait for another week. All the agents gave nothing but mean attitude and were not willing to listen or assist. Horrible service altogether.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
Horrible company to deal with - firstly my bank had to let me know my account is now with them; not one call or email received from them. (please note the bank handed me over 18 days after my first missed debit order in 3 years!!) Finally got a settlement letter as requested for over a week. Made full payment and silence. No acknowledgement of proof of payment, not thank you idiot, no we will send you your paid up letter NOTHING. My mails are being completely ignored. ALL their phone numbers do not exist or is unavailable. Don't understand where banks get these *********** companies to deal with debt, honestly. DO BETTER, it's peoples lives you guys are dealing with.

Unhappy about their service
Unhappy with their service and tarriffs. Inwas charged for phone calls that I never reveived and there is another number that appears on their statement that is not even mine. My account was handed over to Daly in December 2025. I was paying in store and now my account reflects R0 in store but their collection fees stands at R3268. I am so ****ed by them because now I cannot get a settlement letter due to them.
