Most useless and pathetic company in SA
If I could give zero stars I would…. Despite having paid this *** in full on behalf of a family member I continue to get harassing phone calls almost daily. There is clearly no communication between departments. Even trying to settle on my family members behalf was an absolute nightmare after forwarding numerous *** giving me permission and 3 way calls it took weeks to sort out something so simple. Absolute incompetence and pathetic service.
