Downright ghastly service
This place should just call it quits and close down. Took my jeans to have it dyed black. What should have been about a week turned into 2 months. Loads of excuses all the time. Never ever again.

Dreadful service
Dreadful service and refusal for a cash refund after three unsuccessful attempts to duplicate keys. Promises to phone me back were empty as they never phoned back. First I was told that the store only has a cash float of R50 and they undertook to phone me back when they have the full refund. The call never came. When I spoke telephonically to a regional manager she alluded to the fact that the company policy does not allow refunds but that she would discuss it and return my call. Off course, that was another empty promise!! Best is not to support this establishment until they improve their customer service. Don't waste your time.

SPECIALISTS MY A55!!!!
I paid R1300 to have 2 pairs of boots resoled. These are both expensive boots New Rocks and CAT both worth over R6000 On collection of the boots, which took 3 weeks and not 1 week to repair, the soles I received were smooth like a dress shoes with no tread on them at all. The heels are like spongy plastic which sounds like i'm wearing plastic high heels on a wooden floor. The CAT boots are for work as I work in an industrial environment. There is no tread on the soles and the one pairs sole doesn't even touch the ground if I stand/lean baack on the heals. I also requested that once of the lace hooks be stitched back to the boot as well as the leather to be treated and cleaned to a matt finish. None of this was done!! and the lace hook is still laying at the N1 City Branch which I need to go and fetch If you were not able to resole the shoes properly I would have expected someone to tell me and not just take my money for the sake of taking my money I will be asking for a full refund or redo the boots as expected at no cost I put my trust in Cobbler & Co and you let me down terribly. Will never use or recomend your services to anyone. Your website is complete bull**** and you are definitely not the specialists you portray yourselves to be

Unhappy customer
Unhappy customer. Pathetic service especially when awaiting for refund. Had to go back 3 times for keys cut incorrectly. Now they don't want to give my refund.owner of shop not answering calls and people in shop can't help. Dont use them for anything.

Worse Service ever
I Went to go cut 2 keys for my safety gate, keys didn't fit in my gate took it back, guy tried thinning the keys still didn't fit went back for a refund was told they dont do cash. The boss took my baking details that was Friday 6 March 2026. We have been back to the store 4 more times just to be told the Boss is the only one that can do the refund yet she is never in the shop when I get there. I have been driving up and down wasting petrol just to be told by the manager of the store she can't do anything only the boss can. I am now fed up of dealing with people that can't refund me they took the keys back so its just right to refund me the money back.

Worse Service ever
