SPECIALISTS MY A55!!!!

I paid R1300 to have 2 pairs of boots resoled. These are both expensive boots New Rocks and CAT both worth over R6000

On collection of the boots, which took 3 weeks and not 1 week to repair, the soles I received were smooth like a dress shoes with no tread on them at all. The heels are like spongy plastic which sounds like i'm wearing plastic high heels on a wooden floor.

The CAT boots are for work as I work in an industrial environment. There is no tread on the soles and the one pairs sole doesn't even touch the ground if I stand/lean baack on the heals. I also requested that once of the lace hooks be stitched back to the boot as well as the leather to be treated and cleaned to a matt finish.

None of this was done!! and the lace hook is still laying at the N1 City Branch which I need to go and fetch

If you were not able to resole the shoes properly I would have expected someone to tell me and not just take my money for the sake of taking my money

I will be asking for a full refund or redo the boots as expected at no cost

I put my trust in Cobbler & Co and you let me down terribly. Will never use or recomend your services to anyone. Your website is complete bull**** and you are definitely not the specialists you portray yourselves to be
