Worse Service ever

I Went to go cut 2 keys for my safety gate, keys didn't fit in my gate took it back, guy tried thinning the keys still didn't fit went back for a refund was told they dont do cash. The boss took my baking details that was Friday 6 March 2026. We have been back to the store 4 more times just to be told the Boss is the only one that can do the refund yet she is never in the shop when I get there. I have been driving up and down wasting petrol just to be told by the manager of the store she can't do anything only the boss can. I am now fed up of dealing with people that can't refund me they took the keys back so its just right to refund me the money back.
