CTM refund policy stinks
My response on CTM is that the products are good but the refund policy PATHETIC! I purchased items and took ONE back for a refund. My online purchases had to reflect the payment before delivery was made. I returned one of the products. The till at Brackenfell did not have cash, and a refund back to my bank had to be made. This was requested on Saturday 10/10. I was told 3 working days. Then, on follow up, I was told 10 working days. CTM is getting interest on my money on their bank account! Now it is the 11th day and no money. I am shocked at the attitude of that I just have to wait for MY money!!

Exceptional Service
We visited CTM Prospecton on the 19th October 2026. We were assisted by the lady (Nomfundo). When we walked in she was standing in front as if she was waiting for us, she greeted us with a smile, she made us feel like we were home. We told her the reason of visiting her shop, and she assisted us in very friendly and professional manner. She was with us all the way (A-Z). It was our first time doing such a project, and we were stressing, but Nomfunfo made everything feel seamless. It was such a pleasure to deal with her. She must keep up the good work!!! Thank you so much Nomfundo for a wonderful service you gave us, highly appreciated!!!
