Unprofessional service blatant *****
I can not believe Buffalo couriers can send an email and say delivery failed due to customer not being available yet the driver dropped my parcel off at dpd in vereeniging and told him they don't deliver in deneysville anymore. So how can my parcel be at my house and how can Buffalo blatantly lie like this. Disgusting service. ***

Disgusting service from Buffalo Logistics
Disgusting service. I tried to track my package and it says that it was delivered. I tried calling the landline - waited 15 minutes on hold only for the automated call to say that I must send a whatsapp. I sent a whatsapp after, the whatsapp directed me to the website. The website was down at the time. Eventually - I got online - chatted to Phelokazi who told me to email Buffalo because she was unable to assist. Useless service
