Excellent Customer Service
I have just ordered a Brabantia ironing Board Cover (B) 124 x 38. Complete set. Online I was unable to choose the color and my wife wanted the Denim Blue. I contacted customer service and explained that I could not choose the color we wanted online and would like to confirm the color before ordering. After a few mails back and forth, in pretty quick time,I was able to place the order for the Denim Blue cover and complete the order process. I sent in the order number to customer service as instructed and again within minutes I got confirmation and a picture of the correct color that they would be sending to us. I think it was Renee who responded to my mails. I must compliment her on excellent service

Brabantia Rotary Dryer bad quality
We purchased the rotary washing line in 2023 and soon noticed that a line or 2 broke off. We did not do anything about it but recently it has been happening so often and I am no not able to use the rotary dryer anymore. We take great care of the dryer and it is actually never left outside, but packed away indoors after each use. Furthermore the dryer has never been used for anything heavier than a bath sheet so I can't understand why this product would fail. We have spent a lot of money on this product and we can't use it now.

Brabantia Rotary Dryer bad quality

Misleading Reviews Published for Products
Brabantia South Africa cherry picks the kind of customer reviews they publish on their website? In 2021 I bought the 23m Tower Rack and had positive things to say in my review and within a month, that review was on their website! However, about 4 months ago I bought the LINN Clothes Rack Large and needless to say I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the product, especially given its steep price tag? I wrote a review about my experience with the product (responding to the email they send you to review: ***) where I outlined my dissatisfaction with the quality and poor workmanship of the product. There was NO response from them or an attempt to contact me? Instead, I received an automated coupon for 10% off my next purchase. It’s now 4 months later and my review is still not up on the Reviews section of the product, EXCEPT of course for the glowing reviews from other customers! I’ve also had some issues with their inadequate packaging and had to return the damaged item… TWICE! So this time around I just didn’t have the strength to have to go back and forth with them again to return the clothes rack! My point is BE CAREFUL of the MISLEADING 4 or 5star reviews you see on their website. They are NOT a true/balanced reflection of all the reviews written about their products!
