Misleading Reviews Published for Products

Brabantia South Africa cherry picks the kind of customer reviews they publish on their website? In 2021 I bought the 23m Tower Rack and had positive things to say in my review and within a month, that review was on their website! However, about 4 months ago I bought the LINN Clothes Rack Large and needless to say I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the product, especially given its steep price tag? I wrote a review about my experience with the product (responding to the email they send you to review: ***) where I outlined my dissatisfaction with the quality and poor workmanship of the product. There was NO response from them or an attempt to contact me? Instead, I received an automated coupon for 10% off my next purchase. It’s now 4 months later and my review is still not up on the Reviews section of the product, EXCEPT of course for the glowing reviews from other customers!

I’ve also had some issues with their inadequate packaging and had to return the damaged item… TWICE! So this time around I just didn’t have the strength to have to go back and forth with them again to return the clothes rack!

My point is BE CAREFUL of the MISLEADING 4 or 5star reviews you see on their website. They are NOT a true/balanced reflection of all the reviews written about their products!
