Excellent Customer Service

I have just ordered a Brabantia ironing Board Cover (B) 124 x 38. Complete set. Online I was unable to choose the color and my wife wanted the Denim Blue. I contacted customer service and explained that I could not choose the color we wanted online and would like to confirm the color before ordering. After a few mails back and forth, in pretty quick time,I was able to place the order for the Denim Blue cover and complete the order process. I sent in the order number to customer service as instructed and again within minutes I got confirmation and a picture of the correct color that they would be sending to us. I think it was Renee who responded to my mails. I must compliment her on excellent service
