Express collection not collected after 2 days
The absolute worst courier company out there. You cannot trust them to collect parcels. I tried them one last time, two days ago and booked a express courier (*** Xpress) this time (thinking they will actually provide service) Nobody collected on the day it was booked. So I assume ok they missed collection day on Monday so they will arrive first thing yesterday. Nobody arrived and only arrived after 6PM after our office closed. How can you falsely advertise an express courier and not even collect. CourierGuy was booked now for the collection and they pitched up 20 minutes after we submitted the request to Courierguy. Absolutely shocking *** Xpress / ***, I dont know how you are still in business if you cannot even provide a service.

Absolutely horrid service
No feedback, no updates, no communication. They suck. Delivery maybe any time across 2 days - WTAF... Who can afford to sit in one spot for 2 days waiting for a package that may arrive... And next business day shipping is a joke. Now I'm on day #7, and still no delivery. Useless bunch. Get your act together. Buyers beware!

This was the second time he has collected my packages, and both times he has been incredibly kind, patient, and professional. 10 DAYS OF SILENCE – SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOB GO AND FASTWAY Ten days ago, Fastway collected a parcel that was booked through Bob Go. For the past 10 days, we have repeatedly requested feedback via *** regarding this parcel, yet our enquiries have been ignored. What makes this even more frustrating is that both myself, as the sender, and the recipient have been trying to obtain answers, with absolutely no meaningful communication from either Bob Go or Fastway. As a business owner, I understand that delays and logistical problems can happen. What I cannot understand or accept is the complete lack of communication. Communication is key to customer service. Customers should not have to spend 10 days chasing companies simply to find out where a parcel is or what is happening with their delivery. Bob Go accepted the booking, and Fastway collected the parcel. Surely between these two companies, someone should be taking responsibility and providing answers? Ignoring customers does not make a problem disappear. It simply destroys trust in your service. After 10 days of frustration, I am now publicly asking: Where is our parcel, why has nobody provided proper feedback, and who is going to take responsibility for resolving this? Extremely disappointing service from both Bob Go and Fastway.
