Express collection not collected after 2 days

The absolute worst courier company out there. You cannot trust them to collect parcels.

I tried them one last time, two days ago and booked a express courier (*** Xpress) this time (thinking they will actually provide service) Nobody collected on the day it was booked. So I assume ok they missed collection day on Monday so they will arrive first thing yesterday. Nobody arrived and only arrived after 6PM after our office closed.

How can you falsely advertise an express courier and not even collect. CourierGuy was booked now for the collection and they pitched up 20 minutes after we submitted the request to Courierguy.

Absolutely shocking *** Xpress / ***, I dont know how you are still in business if you cannot even provide a service.
