Dreadful Service
I spent quite a lot of money and my delivery has still not taken place. Firstly they gave the florist the wrong cell number for the recipient but they had my cell number if they couldn't get hold of the recipient. The flowers were ordered on the 14th October and today is the 17th October. No sign of the flowers. Promises made that they would follow up but no further word. Never again will I use this company. And they promise same day delivery. and 100% satisfaction.

Absolutely horrific service received from bloomable
Absolutely horrible service received from Bloomable. My order for delivery was placed and paid, 2 days in advance. Special delivery instructions were given, 2 days in advance. The day of the delivery, no delivery takes place and the specified time. No feedback, no nothing. Nothing!!!! At 13h02 I ask for a update, on a delivery, which should have taken place, 4 hours ago. Only to be told... only at 13h45, oh sorry, no stock is available so we could not make the delivery. But dont worry, we are getting someone else to deliver it now. Even though it is way to late now and the delivery is pointless. My recommendation is, stay away from Bloomable. They are useless at the one basic task they have to perform.

Incorrect advertising
Your website shows same day deliver to Yzerfontein, I select the same day delivery gifts, chose a gift from there, even selected delivery date for the next day and after going through the entire process, I get this a message telling me that shipping is not available! Please stop wasting peoples time with wrong advertising!

Unacceptable service form Bloomable
Absolutely the worst services ever. I placed an order 3 days before my wedding anniversary, requesting that the Boquet I ordered for my wedding anniversary day be delivered in the morning. 3days later and It is 15:18 on the my wedding annivesary day and no flowers. Nowhere on thewebsite did Bloomable indicate that they use 3rd party florists to make up and deliver the flowers. If I knew that I would have directly gone to a florist ner me, but I needed a service to deliver the flowers as a gift, which never happend and is now a major fight. I was called by a different florist whom I had no connection with, trying to establish who I am and and where I live. I sent an email to a Natassja to confirm the delivery, Natassja simply responded the that the delivery will be done between 8-5. This is not what I requested and why I ordered 3 days before the time! You have effectively ruined the start of my anniversary day and made me look like a incomptetent person. I could not even gift my wife a bunch of flowers on our first wedding annivessary! I am furios! This is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. I am instructing Bloomable as a unsatisfied client who enjoyed no service from Bloomable a full refund and a cancellation of my order. I will go on social media and do what I need to do to get you to refund me my money.
