Dreadful Service
I spent quite a lot of money and my delivery has still not taken place. Firstly they gave the florist the wrong cell number for the recipient but they had my cell number if they couldn't get hold of the recipient. The flowers were ordered on the 14th October and today is the 17th October. No sign of the flowers. Promises made that they would follow up but no further word. Never again will I use this company. And they promise same day delivery. and 100% satisfaction.
