Please Resolve My Unsettled Bet Urgently
placed a bet on 18 August 2026 with 5 teams. Four selections won, but one still has no result, as if the match never took place. BetBus is refusing to void the unresolved selection and keeps telling me to wait for the result. This is very frustrating. What happens if there is still no result in the next two months? I believe BetBus needs to have a fair solution for situations like this. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a clear resolution. Apart from this issue, my experience has been positive. Withdrawals are almost instant, and I completed the wagering requirements on the bonus and withdrew without any inconvenience

Betbus refuse withdrawal of my winnings
Can't withdraw I have tried to withdraw funds...but come back with a deposit request of R500 as I'm on a different VIP level I was on VIP1 I request a withdrawal of R107K then was rejected as my banking details were incorrect which I did not type but pasted from banking site. Then paid. was then told need to move to vip3 for me to make withdrawal and need to pay R550 and paid but now they want additional R1200 for their finance to approve.I have screenshots or deposits and chats with betbus. Can I get my deposits back

Very very Angry and U happy
I have been struggling since yesterday to withdraw funds...everytime they come back with a deposit request as I'm on a different VIP level I was on VIP1 I request a withdrawal of R10k then was rejected as my banking details were incorrect which I found odd as I checked my number twice had to be on VIP2 for them to change details which I had to make a deposit again.I did and was instructed to follow a withdrawal process that took almost 9hours for the R100 to reflect that was a test ...I then apparently followed the incorrect steps according to them even though I asked them over and over...had to make another deposit as my credit score changed to 80 and had to be at least on 90 to withdraw...finally the full withdraw was successful and told gonna reflect in 10 min then again 3hours as Sunday checked back with them after 3hours...now they claiming tax clearance to be paid... Why can't they deduct it from the amount due I want my money back that I deposited... Anyone that experienced this please let's bring these people to book...they operate as BingoPlus under BetBus

Please my fellow South Africans betbus is a **** I've signed up and received R168 everything went smooth I've played and won then I got a message that my account have a high potential of profit then I have to make an deposit of R350 to go through VIP1 which I did and I chat to an agent named Lucy and she assured me that once I've done the deposit I can ask to get in contact with her than she will take me through the process to withdraw my winnings and the platform will return to normal for playing then she was nowhere to find to chat to after that I have to make another deposit to go through VIP2 as it state when you get R168 welcome bonus you can withdraw after VIP2 this is now another R450 which make my total deposits no on R800 that meet the requirements then this hole thing turn very sour the agent I chat to first ask me to send the updated banking details to where I want my funds to withdraw to keep in mind that you can't change any on you profile from your side once you have registered and I have registered with my correct banking details I've done the withdrawal then it showed pending review after a few minutes my funds was returned to my betting account withdrawal rejected cause I'ved change my banking details I got a message from the agent the I linked accounts remember that you can not change anything on there platform and then this agent got very rude. Very very bad service
After struggling the whole day and keep on depositing they said my credit score went from 90 to 80 because i didn't withdraw the right way. So i started with a deposit of R250 then R450. After that they said i have to deposit another R1200 for the withdrawal to be complete. So that mean they took money and don't want to do my withdrawals!!!! The helper got rude and told me God he is busy and i keep on bothering him he is busy. I said to them i want my money back. Because they actually stole the from me. I DID WIN R11700 BUT NO THEY JUST SAY SORRY. After my winnings tand deposit there is R13500 and they don't want to give it back
