No Feedback and No communication
I have tried to complete the online application for a debt consolidation loan. Because my employer is not listed, I was unable to proceed with my application. I proceeded to engage on their WhatsApp platform to inquire what other avenues are available to me to continue with an application. The agent assigned to my inquiry was Thulani Mhlakaza. After explaining all of the above he asked me who my employer was and I informed him. And then, dead silence. No reply, no feedback, nothing. Even after I prompted with a follow up. It really is difficult enough to approach companies for assistance to improve your financial situation, let alone finding someone who would assist. But what makes it worse is being ignored after approaching a company offering a possible solution and then being ignored.

Debt review client debited.. why
Good day. I am so disappointed in you for taking my money My debt review company previously contacted you and informed you that I had been placed under debt review. I am therefore surprised to discover that an amount was deducted from my salary despite my debt review status. I am currently making my payments through the debt review process, and I would like to understand why this deduction was made despite your having been notified of my debt review status. I have called your land line from the 20th and they promised to get back to me regarding the refund till today. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and refund the deducted amount as soon as possible, as this deduction has affected my finances while I am trying to meet my financial obligations through debt review. I look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards,
