Title: Frustrating Withdrawal Delays I am extremely frustrated with BackaBuddy. Registering and creating a campaign is presented as simple and straightforward, but withdrawing the donated funds has become unnecessarily difficult. We submitted the required documents, but the letter from Capitec was rejected by BackaBuddy’s Finance Department. Despite several attempts to resolve the matter, we have not received clear information on what is required. These funds were donated for the benefit of children, yet the children have not benefited because of the ongoing delays. BackaBuddy must urgently provide clear requirements and work with Capitec where necessary to resolve this matter. Donors contributed in good faith, and the beneficiaries should not continue to suffer because of administrative delays. This matter requires urgent attention and resolution.

Crowdfunding my education was thw only way I could see myself surviving while completing the 450 hours of volunteer work I need to comllete my Home Care Wprk course in as short a time possible. I am thankful for the service and platform that Backabuddy maintains. I would not have received a massive contribution form a friend of a friend if she hadn't shared my story and request, and rhe care and support of family, friends and acquaintances the provided more than half of what I asked for. I am a 55 yo career changer who had no nest egg. Don't underestimate the support network that may be available to you if you learn how to ask. My donors have unlocked the door to a new viable future! I am very disturbed that, when you need to withdraw from BackaBuddy for an urgent course, automated messages are received and withdrawal doesn't happen after a number of attemps to withdraw
I am very disturbed that, when you need to withdraw from BackaBuddy for an urgent course, automated messages are received and withdrawal doesn't happen after a number of attemps to withdraw. We have attempted to witjdraw over 3weeks now for funds and all we get is automated messages, promises to be called - all in vain. No calls as promised by automated messages nor responses to make us understand what is outstanding. It is very disturbing that, when there is an urgent need for the money, one just cant withdraw and one gets no clear understanding of what the cause of delay is

I am very disturbed that, when you need to withdraw from BackaBuddy for an urgent course, automated messages are received and withdrawal doesn't happen after a number of attemps to withdraw. We have attempted to witjdraw over 3weeks now for funds and all we get is automated messages, promises to be called - all in vain. No calls as promised by automated messages nor responses to make us understand what is outstanding.
