REMOVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS ASAP!

I AM NOT THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. I DO NOT, AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT IN QUESTION. REMOVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FROM YOUR SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY! SINCE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS DOESNT ALLOW EMAILS!

Horrible service

My Finchoice acc was handed over to this company. I settled the acc in july. They are refusing to give me my paid up letter, its been 3months and im being sent pillar to post. They keep on saying they are waiting on Finchoice, whereas finchoice is not even aware of that. Called both companies several times, and not being assisted. This Anthony Richards, is full of nonsense

Unacceptable Client Services

I was handed over to ARA with my Finchoice account. I got a settlement amount in April 2026 and decided to take the opportunity and settle my account. I then had to accept it via a phone call and did a debicheck for the settlement amount which was R929.68 that was deducted on the 20th April 2026. This amount was only allocated to my account according to them by 28th April 2026. On 20th of May 2026, my account was again debited with the same amount. My payment was again only allocated on 28th May 2026, I was advised that they are busy processing my refund and they are unable to tell me what the turn around time will be for me to receive the refund. I urgently needed a paid up letter which I was provided with on the 12th June 2026. The letter stated that I paid up my account on the 28th May 2026 only, but I accepted the letter as I urgently needed the letter. I have since then contacted them via multiple emails and phone calls. All I get from them is that they will speak to their Team leader/manager and will get back to me. We are in July already, almost August and I still didn't get any communication from them with regards to this refund. I am so frustrated, and what irritates me the most is, whenever I speak to someone it's always the same story, with absolutely no feedback. I call them, they will look into it and get back to me and no one does. This is honestly disgusting.

Paid up letter, I’m currently on unpaid leave because I need to submit the letter to my employer

call can I have that on email and be specific that the payment is there so I can use that as proof while I’m waiting for your 30days to receive a paid up letter which is also ridiculous to wait f Confirmation tht the payment has reflected as stated on the call can I have that on email and be specific that the payment is there so I can use that as proof while I’m waiting for your 30days to receive a paid up letter which is also ridiculous to wait f Stayed on the call for so long with ARA simply because I wanted them to confirm via email the conversation we had telephonically that the funds have reflected in their account however it will take them 30days to provide me with a paid up letter I just need that in writing See below email I sent to them Dear Legal and Collections Teams, I am writing to formally request written confirmation regarding the payment made towards the above-referenced account. An immediate payment was successfully processed, and the proof of payment was attached to this email for your records. Furthermore, your collections team confirmed telephonically yesterday, [25/06/2026], that the funds are actively reflecting on your system. While I understand your internal allocation and drafting process for an official "Paid-Up Letter" can take up to 30 days, I cannot wait a month for basic confirmation when the funds have already been received. This matter is time-sensitive. Since your team has already verified the funds on your end, please reply to this email with a formal, written statement confirming that: 1. The payment has been received and reflects on your system. 2. The account is considered settled/paid in full. I require this interim written confirmation immediately so that I may present it to the necessary third parties while your administrative team processes the final paid-up letter. Please prioritize this request and reply at your earliest convenience today.

Harrasment over Paid up Account

My hospital account was settled months ago with the Hospital, yet I’m still being harassed with calls, messages and emails. My Emails and WhatsApps are ignored where i send the proof of payment. This is unacceptable and feels like harassment. I have asked them to stop — the hospital confirmed the account is closed and i am in credit by the way. I have been trying to explain to various callers and none of them not even management understands and has no decency to respond to my mails nor communicate with the Hospital to confirm my payment. They Claim that the calls are recorded and notes are made on the system. YET No one in that entire company is listening to what i am saying and threatening me almost every day. I am forced now to seek my own legal council.
