See below email I sent to them

Dear Legal and Collections Teams,

I am writing to formally request written confirmation regarding the payment made towards the above-referenced account.

An immediate payment was successfully processed, and the proof of payment was attached to this email for your records. Furthermore, your collections team confirmed telephonically yesterday, [25/06/2026], that the funds are actively reflecting on your system.

While I understand your internal allocation and drafting process for an official "Paid-Up Letter" can take up to 30 days, I cannot wait a month for basic confirmation when the funds have already been received. This matter is time-sensitive.

Since your team has already verified the funds on your end, please reply to this email with a formal, written statement confirming that:

1. The payment has been received and reflects on your system.

2. The account is considered settled/paid in full.

I require this interim written confirmation immediately so that I may present it to the necessary third parties while your administrative team processes the final paid-up letter.

Please prioritize this request and reply at your earliest convenience today.
