Horrible service

My Finchoice acc was handed over to this company. I settled the acc in july. They are refusing to give me my paid up letter, its been 3months and im being sent pillar to post. They keep on saying they are waiting on Finchoice, whereas finchoice is not even aware of that. Called both companies several times, and not being assisted. This Anthony Richards, is full of nonsense
