I registering on JSE Investor Services Investor Centre platform, Recieved and E-Mail to say To finalise the registration process, your account will need to be verified by our contact centre. I called the contact centre 3 times , was told i will recieve an e-mail with temp pin to access my account . Still waiting

Bad service
We are a brokers office assisting a client with transfer of funds of her Late deceased husband. My office phoned on 01 September 2026 asking for a transfer form. She was told that it takes 24/48 hours to receive the related form. She phone again on 02 September, only to be told the form will be received. When she phoned on Friday 04 September the lady told her that it takes 24/48 WORKING hours! This is really unacceptable. This is now 07 September and still no form has been received.

Frustrating Delays and Poor Communication in Updating My Details
On 15 July 2026, I submitted all the required documentation to update my personal details, including my certified ID, proof of bank account, proof of address, and the completed application form. I also requested an update on the share price. I was advised that the turnaround time for processing my request would be between 3 and 5 working days. After this period had passed with no feedback, I made numerous follow-up calls. Each time I spoke to a different consultant and was told that my request was still awaiting verification. It was only when I followed up again on 4 August 2026, nearly three weeks later, that I was informed there were outstanding requirements on the form, namely that my email address had not been provided and that the "Black Person" box had not been ticked. Had I not followed up myself, I would likely still be waiting without any communication regarding the issue. I immediately supp**** the missing information on 4 August 2026. However, as of 6 August 2026, I have still not received confirmation that my details have been updated. All I want to do is sell my shares and ensure that the proceeds are paid into my bank account. This should be a straightforward process, but the delays, lack of proactive communication, and constant need to follow up have made it unnecessarily frustrating. I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter
