Zoom Networks - HORRID

Absolute horrid service. Haven't had one month with full, problem free service since I signed up. I have to send multiple complaints to have services restored, and I constantly sit without connection. When I finally had enough, and cancelled, they became spiteful and suddenly claimed massive charges, never before noted anywhere, and became rude....doing all to hinder my right to cancel. Claimed policies much different from their actual Terms and Conditions. Also had next to no service for the cancellation period that I was paid in full for. When I informed them that what they are doing is ******** and *********, I was ignored. Do not sign up with this company, absolute HORRID service delivery
