I paid my wifi on the 13th of June up until this date my wifi is not working

Wifi mantainance
Its been about 2-3 weeks since they have installed the router and box and have been waiting for mantainance ever since...their service is so bad...wouldnt recommend it to anyone

No internet
Day 14 without internet and they promised to solve the problem but am still waiting what do I need to do to be taken seriously by this company am so tire can they just come and take this out of my house
