You cant call it bad service coz there is no service

Stay away run in fact. After shiwing them an add stating R499 a month they are still taking more every month. When i asked for the voice recordings of my calls stating the package i wanted it couldnt be found very conveniently. The agent i worked with also very conveniently does work there anymore. They then came up with since we use Metro fiber as a provider its the reason being. After stating they would let my knter be on while sorting this out they cut it again and now wont switch it on till i pay the full amount. They also wont allow me to make down payments to soot my pocket. There way or nothing. No customer service as they will phone you back and then send a mail or just not get back to you at all and when you ask why they get snotty with you. Service is terrible from the word go.
