Worst service provider

Horrible service provider. Do not use at all. We have internet for 2 days then down for a few. If you log it with them, they blame Vuma. No follow ups to Vuma or feedback. I had to drive to Vuma to have it sorted once. And the issue was sorted in 10min when I was there. They do not take phone calls. It's unreliable. Their bad service had effected my work and income. I have no option but to either proceed with a damages claim against them or a complaint to the Ombud. They suck. Please do not use them.
