Worst service and product ever

This is the absolutely worst IPS you could ever even consider. We are forced to use them because they made a deal with the complex we live in and no other IPS is allowed here. We have to use them. I have used many over the years because I've moved around and different areas had different preffered suppliers but never in all my years since early 2000s have I ever experienced this low level of service and bad supply. Consistent cuts, drops, outages and they have absolutely no support they close at 5pm. It's the only ISP I have ever been with that do not have a 24 hour service Centre. These guys are clearly an amateur and unprofessional small fry ISP just coining it by forcing users into a service agreement by signing a contract with body corporates that does not realise the abismal quality of their services. They are cheap, unreliable and an ********* IT company sweet talking corporate property management companies into a substandard product. I'm of good mind to invest the cost of moving just so that I have access to my ISP past the ancient 5pm deadline.
