Worst ISP in a million years

Over December they just decided that all their client are moving over to Gigawave. It is now 2 weeks that i am struggling to get hold of them to refund me for the month i did pay. After several mails, ohone calls en messages, i have to pay double just to keep my fibre internet on.

I hope they see the review and make contact with me
