Worst Fibre supplier and no customer service

I will never in my life recommend them to anyone. I placed an order for Fibre with them and no one got back to. They asked the landlord of the complex I live in if they can make the units fibre ready and he gave his permission. After one tenant app**** they then said that they will not be installing fibre because she is the only one interested even after I app**** as well. (we are only six units in the complex). Also the area already has fibre so they just need to install it in the unit. Also their contact form on their website does not work
