Utter incompetence

Utter incompetence, non-existent technical support and literally incapable of resolving the simplest of issues. On 19 June an installation was scheduled. Through their lack of understanding they had the address wrong and promised to be back the next day. No show. Finally managed to schedule a new install Today, they arrive an hour late only to have the exact same issue despite assurances that it was corrected on the system. No way to contact their support as just when an agent answers it throws you back out to the menu. Don't use them at all.
