STEER CLEAR OF ZOOM NETWORKS

Seems like Zoom Networks have failed to pay their upstream providers, yet continued to collect from their clients while unable to provide any internet service at all. Frankly that smacks of ***** to me, so I will be consulting my lawyers. Cant even get the line released to change provider, and there is no longer any way to contact Zoom by phone, just an automated message after which you get cut off. Seem like there's no-one actually working there anymore.
