Simply the BEST !!!

Despite the pressure to choose other service providers from family, friends, and colleges, I decided to go with Zoom Networks. I am always up for taking the road less travelled as "fortune favours the brave", and I have been very fortunate with my decision. Zoom Networks have provided me with a flawless experience. Their prices are compelling, I have not found any other service provider with a better bang for my buck. Setup and installation were a breeze, I had a few above-normal requests which the folks at Zoom Networks were very obliging. The hardware provided is powerful, very pleasing to the eye and top of the range for home use. The hardware was pre-configured so I didn't even have to lift a finger or spend two seconds with regards to a setup. If you have a large home, Zoom Networks will even set up extenders for your connectivity needs at very competitive hardware prices. Now, as for the connectivity itself, I am perfectly satisfied. My speeds are consistent for my package range, on average, ping = 2 and jitter = 1, which is very impressive. I have ZERO buffering when streaming very large aspect ratios. BUT THE BEST are the folks at Zoom themselves. The customer and technical support are truly amazing, they outclass the rest by an overwhelming margin and they remember me by name, which gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling. I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend Zoom Networks, in fact, I insist :)
