Poor service delivery!

We have been experiencing issues with this ISP since 1 November 2022 at around 17:00. It is now more than 24 hours later and the issue is still not resolved.

I have spoken to 3 different consultants and each one has said they’ll call me back once they’ve investigated and still no feedback not even from one !

This is unacceptable!!! Wouldn’t recommend this ISP to anyone.
