***** AND *******
DON'T EVER USE THEIR SERVICE. GO DIRECTLY TO METROFIBRE. Zoom Networks are ***** and *******. I was without internet for 5 days. I called their number and got a pre-recorded message saying to email support, which I did - I got no reply. I eventually emailed their finance and admin department, demanding that they cancel my agreement and release my line so I can move to a different provider. Shortly after that I received a Whatsapp message telling me that I must give a month's notice and I will have a early cancellation fee. Not once was I informed of the "outage". After 2 days of fighting back and forth on Whatsapp because that's the ONLY way I was able to communicate with them, I eventually called Metrofibre directly. I was assured that there was no outage on Metrofibre's side. I explained my situation and they agreed to move me over directly to Metrofibre and they told Zoom Networks to release my line and cancel my contract. For 2 days they were trying to rub a contract under my nose and made me feel like I was in the wrong for being this upset. After Metrofibre took me as a direct client, Zoom Networks sent out a letter stating that the outage will take longer than expected to be repaired. Guess what? They never paid their bill to Metrofibre and were suspended which caused us all to be without internet and they kept saying there was an "outage". DO NOT PAY AN EARLY CANCELLATION FEE or be intimidated by their threats of your contract. THEY HAVE BREACHED THEIR CONTRACT WITH YOU. Call Metrofibre directly and spread the news to NEVER EVER do business with these people.
