Just Bad Bad Bad

Really poor service and even worse support. This company supplies internet services but are not even open over weekends and closes at 4PM every day. The absolute worst. Whenever you call in with a problem it is met with promises that never see the light of day. My mom is in a retirement village and experiences regular down times and absolutely zero technical support. I have waited on their phone lines for over an hour then just get cut off. Then when you call again, they are closed.
